From engineering to real estate
Fabiola was born in Venezuela and moved to Florida in 2006. She comes from a family of builders and engineers, and at 13 she read Rich Dad Poor Dad and knew she wanted to work in real estate and investing.
She studied civil engineering at Florida International University (FIU) and became a partner in a general contracting company and a residential remodeling company. That background shapes how she looks at every home: structure, systems, finishes and the real cost of what needs work.
She earned her Florida real estate license in 2014. Today she works with The Pozek Group at Real Broker, LLC, serving buyers, sellers and investors across Greater Orlando.
